Building of Mardin Ceylanpınar Plain Irrigation Lower Mardin Main Canal Third Section Supply Construction, which belongs to General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works and is undertaken by Ekinciler- Kamer Business Venture, is to be completed in 2014. The project covers construction of the 25,321 meters long section of the main irrigation canal, constituting its last stage, coming from Ataturk Dam, beginning from below the Mardin Regulator flow and ending in Mardin Storage, as well as the artworks, operation and maintenance roads and interception channels among the canal.
