It was constructed to include 498 twins, prefabricated houses, dimensioned to 10 x 6 meters. The exteriors include painted sheets while the interiors are covered with 12-mm laminated chipboard. The carrying constructions were made from box profiles and bent sheets. The roofs were covered with aluminum sandwich panels containing polyurethane inside. A typical house includes a bath-WC, and a living room, which also accommodate a kitchen niche. Heating is performed using electricity.
